What is PeaceTyme?
PeaceTyme is a mobile app that teaches you to understand anxiety, panic, insomnia, and related symptoms through daily educational lessons. It's built on the Natto framework by Dr. Daniel Erichsen — the same approach used by BedTyme for insomnia, now expanded to the full spectrum of anxiety-related experiences.
Is PeaceTyme therapy?
No. PeaceTyme is education, not therapy. We don't diagnose or treat. We teach you what's actually happening in your nervous system so you can stop the cycle of fear and avoidance on your own terms.
How long does the curriculum take?
The core curriculum spans 27 days across 5 phases. Each day has 1-2 lessons taking about 3-5 minutes each. Most people start feeling a shift within the first week as understanding builds.
What conditions does PeaceTyme help with?
PeaceTyme addresses anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, intrusive thoughts, health anxiety, and chronic physical symptoms (tension, pain, dizziness, heart palpitations). They all share the same underlying mechanism — the classification error — and the same way out through understanding.
I'm taking medication. Can I still use PeaceTyme?

What is the Natto framework?
Natto (Neuroplastic Anxiety Treatment Through Observation) is a framework developed by Dr. Daniel Erichsen. It teaches that anxiety symptoms are the result of a classification error in the brain — not a sign of danger. How is PeaceTyme different from meditation apps like Calm or Headspace?
Meditation apps teach you coping techniques — ways to manage anxiety in the moment. PeaceTyme teaches you understanding — why anxiety exists, what maintains it, and why it fades when you stop fighting. When you truly understand the mechanism, you don't need coping techniques anymore. The problem dissolves on its own.
How is PeaceTyme different from CBT apps like Woebot or Sanvello?
