PeaceTyme is built by the team at BedTyme — the company behind the leading insomnia education app. After helping thousands of people recover from insomnia through understanding, we saw a clear pattern: the same mechanism that drives insomnia drives anxiety, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, and chronic physical symptoms.
It's all the same classification error. The same cognitive cascade. The same self-reinforcing loop. And it responds to the same solution: understanding.
PeaceTyme is our answer to a simple question: what if we could take the same educational approach that works so well for insomnia and expand it to the full spectrum of anxiety-related experiences?
What We Believe
Anxiety is not a character flaw. It's a pattern your brain learned — and patterns can be unlearned. Your brain made a classification error, and through education and observation, that error can be corrected.
Education beats coping. Coping techniques implicitly confirm that anxiety is dangerous. Understanding dissolves the fear at its source. We don't teach you to manage anxiety — we teach you why it doesn't need managing.
Everyone deserves access. Quality anxiety education shouldn't require a therapist's hourly rate. PeaceTyme makes the Natto framework accessible to anyone with a phone.
