Now that you understand the mechanism, Phase 2 helps you recognize it in your own experience. You'll learn to spot the cognitive cascade in real time, identify your personal triggers, and begin the practice of observation rather than reaction.

Changing Your Relationship

Weeks 5-7 · 10 modules

Phase 3 is where the shift begins. You'll learn befriending — allowing sensations without resistance. You'll understand why fighting makes anxiety worse and why allowing makes it fade. This is the turning point for most people.

Building New Pathways

Weeks 8-10 · 8 modules

Your brain rewires through repeated experience. Phase 4 focuses on neuroplasticity — building new neural pathways through daily practice of observation and non-resistance. Each day strengthens the new default and weakens the old fear response.
